FundiSync!Ed: Terms of Service (Interim)

Welcome to FundiSync!Ed. This document serves as an overview of our operational terms. A comprehensive End User License Agreement (EULA) will be provided and require explicit user consent prior to downloading our applications or initiating an enterprise pilot.

1. Acceptance of Interim Terms

By accessing the FundiSync!Ed website, utilizing the Fundi!Learn portals, or subscribing to our Micro-SaaS tiers, you agree to these interim terms. These terms will be superseded by our official EULA upon application download.

2. Subscriptions & Account Access

• Concurrency Limits: To protect the integrity of our platform, individual subscriptions (such as Fundi!Studio or Markbook!Sync Standalone) are subject to concurrent device limits. Sharing account credentials across multiple unauthorized users is prohibited and will result in automatic session revocation for the oldest active device.
• Tiered Access: Features are strictly limited to the specific enterprise or individual Micro-SaaS tier purchased.

3. AI-Generated Content & The "Human Gate"

Fundi!Studio and Fundi!Learn employ AI to draft educational resources and facilitate Socratic dialogue.

• Human-in-the-Loop: AI-generated lesson plans, rubrics, and slides are provisional. The educator bears the sole responsibility to review, edit, and formally approve all AI-generated content for accuracy and curriculum alignment before deploying it to students.
• Limitation of Liability: While we utilize rigorous QA matrices and architectural guardrails, FundiSync!Ed does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be entirely free of factual errors or "hallucinations." We are not liable for academic outcomes or disputes arising from unreviewed AI content.

4. The Global Vault & Community Content

Educators may choose to publish their generated resources to the FundiSync!Ed Global Vault.

• By publishing, you grant FundiSync!Ed a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, categorize, and share this content with other users within the ecosystem.
• You warrant that any content you publish does not violate local curriculum copyright restrictions or contain sensitive student data.

5. Governing Law & Regional Compliance

These terms, and any disputes arising from the use of the FundiSync!Ed ecosystem, shall primarily be governed by the laws of South Africa, with jurisdiction in Cape Town. Additionally, FundiSync!Ed recognizes and complies with applicable regional laws, data protection regulations, and educational compliance mandates specific to the jurisdiction in which the deploying school, district, or user operates.
