Welcome to FundiSync!Ed. We build technology to amplify pedagogy, not to exploit data. Because our systems handle sensitive educational and student information, our architecture is designed with privacy-first and offline-first principles.
This document serves as an overview of our core data protocols. A comprehensive End User License Agreement (EULA) will require explicit user consent prior to downloading our applications or initiating an enterprise pilot.
Our core applications operate on a "Stateful Infrastructure" utilizing local databases. This means your data (such as grades in Markbook!Sync or lesson drafts in Fundi!Studio) lives primarily on your local device. When you connect to the internet, this data is securely synced to our backend servers to prevent data loss and enable cross-device functionality. We collect only the data necessary to provide and improve our services, including account details, subscription status, and usage telemetry.
FundiSync!Ed utilizes specialized AI agents to generate lesson materials and provide Socratic tutoring.
FundiSync!Ed acts as a data processor. The school, district, or independent educator remains the data controller. We do not sell, rent, or broker student data, academic records, or behavioral telemetry (Fundi!Merit) to any third parties.
All data synced from the local device to our servers is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to the Fundi!OS internal network is restricted to authorized school personnel.
